1. Digital Liability Waiver & Release
Please review and sign the general travel and wind-sports liability release waiver. Activities are delivered by certified third-party operators, and participants must acknowledge inherent sporting risks.

Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Participation Agreement
I understand that participation in adventure travel and outdoor activities, including but not limited to kitesurfing, wing-foiling, skiing, heli-skiing, hiking, boating, fitness activities, transportation, and other related experiences, involves inherent risks that may result in property damage, illness, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.
I acknowledge that many activities offered during Forge Collective experiences are provided, operated, and supervised by independent third-party schools, outfitters, guides, instructors, transportation providers, lodging operators, and other service providers. Forge Collective Global, LLC acts solely as a curator and organizer of experiences and does not provide technical instruction, guiding services, equipment, transportation, or activity operations unless expressly stated otherwise.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities and travel, including but not limited to risks arising from weather conditions, water conditions, terrain, equipment failure, transportation incidents, medical emergencies, acts or omissions of third-party providers, acts of other participants, and the limited availability of emergency medical services in remote locations.
I certify that I am physically and medically capable of participating in these activities and understand that it is my responsibility to obtain appropriate medical clearance, travel insurance, and emergency evacuation coverage if desired.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Forge Collective Global, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and event hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in any Forge Collective experience, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement.
