For nearly thirty years, I've built and led teams in the technology industry, helping organizations navigate change, innovation, and transformation. Along the way, I achieved many of the things society tells us should define success, and I'm deeply grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and accomplishments that came with that journey.
Yet over time, I realized that some of the moments that shaped me most weren't found in meeting rooms or quarterly business reviews. They happened on mountain ridges, in remote corners of the world, on the water chasing wind, and in conversations with remarkable people who challenged me to see life differently.
I'm a husband, father, adventurer, lifelong learner, and passionate believer in the power of community. Whether kitesurfing across turquoise waters in the Caribbean, carving fresh tracks through backcountry snow, discovering hidden corners of the world, or sharing stories and laughter over a great meal, I've learned that the moments that stay with us aren't defined by the destination. They're defined by the people beside us and the memories we create together.
